Send A Tease Plate to A Friend!

Want to amaze and impress your friends and family? Just tell us which state plate style you want us to use, choose the text you'd like on the plate, and we'll send your friend an image of the plate you've created for them!

You can send one of our tease plates to as many as five friends using this simple form below - just enter each friend's name, their e-mail address, the state or province you want us to use for the plate style, and enter the lettering you'd like on it! You can choose up to NINE letters, numbers or symbols to use as the characters for your saying! And don't forget to send one to YOURSELF!

IMPORTANT NOTE: If you wish to send out a large number of Tease Plates - that's great! - but please fill in ALL FIVE SPACES with your or your friends' tease plate information and send - before filling in another form. We assure you that each Tease Plate sent out will go ONLY and DIRECTLY to the e-mail address you have indicated for that Tease Plate. There is no need to send out a separate Tease Plate form for each one you request! If you send in a form that is only partially filled in, then fill out and send a second one at the same time, please note in the Comments Box why you did not use all five spaces provided before starting a new form.
